• The Wilsons Promontory Tour is a nature-based walking tour. We recommend a medium level of fitness, appropriate footwear & clothing for walking, snacks and water bottle.
• Please note you must arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated pickup time.
  
• No prams, strollers, luggage or large bags are permitted onboard our touring vehicles due to a lack of appropriate storage space.
  
• We are able to provide an infant seat (0-3 years) or a child booster seat (4-8 years) free of charge. Please note we have only a limited number available each day and they must be pre-booked. Contact us with your request and provide the age of your child along with your confirmation number and booking details.
  
• Download the Go West Tours app from the App Store or Google Play prior to your departure for access to our tour language commentary. Available in Arabic, Malay, Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, and Hindi.

• Please ensure that your footwear is appropriate for extended outdoor walking

• Winter: warm clothes and layers as coastal winds can make conditions quite cold

• Go West Tours now has a flexible fares policy. For any day tour bookings, no cancellation fees will apply for changes up to 24 hours before your tour departure time.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare.
  
• Guest cancellation of any multi-day tour, in less than 7 days but more than 3 days prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of the tour fare.
• Cancellation within 3 days of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare.
  
• Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
