• It is important to remember that all of the dolphins we see on our tours are completely wild and every interaction is different.
  
• All of our cruises are in open water – therefore we suggest you consider seasickness tablets to minimize the risk of sea sickness affecting your trip. Please note we will not issue any rebookings or refunds for being seasick on board.
  
• We ask that you dress appropriately for the weather – bring a warm jacket or jumper for the wind chill on the water. Please remember to be sun safe as our cruise is outside with little shade/indoor options available.
  
• Please note we have limited raised seating on board. If you are wanting to secure a seat, we recommend you arrive early so you are one of the first on board, that way you can choose where you sit.
  
• Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access on board Temptation and our cruises are not best suited for people with mobility issues.
  
• We do have children’s life jackets on board, however, children are not required to wear these throughout the duration of the cruise.
  
• We have both female and male toilets on board.
  
• Staff reserve the right to refuse boarding to anyone that is deemed intoxicated or uncooperative. In this event all monies will be forfeited.

• Bookings of 5 or less passengers – If cancellations are made less than 24 hrs prior to scheduled departure date or failure to show, sorry no refund or reschedule.
  
• Bookings of 6 or more passengers – cancellations within 24hrs – 7 days of departure date are charged at $50.00 per swimmer and $20.00 per watcher.
  
• Temptation Sailing Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any charters due to inclement weather conditions or mechanical issues.
  Charter cancellations due to either inclement weather conditions or mechanical issues are offered a full refund or rescheduled charter date.
  
• Our refund policy does not cover travel or accommodation booked by the passenger. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
  
• Please note that all Gift Vouchers are non-refundable
