The Kayak Tour is up to three hours of fun exploring the Dolphin Sanctuary and Ships Graveyard Maritime Heritage Trail.
One of Adelaide's "secret spots" the tour is located just 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD and is an area of surpassing beauty. The sheltered mangrove-lined creeks are home to a fascinating array of marine life, birds, and the Port River Dolphins.
The Ship's Graveyard is a unique feature of the area with spectacular relics from the past which have been abandoned in the river.
Kayaking is the most environmentally sensitive way to explore and interact with the dolphins. When the Port River Dolphins come to play it is a memory you will treasure forever. "Paddling with the Dolphins" has been voted one of the top FOUR MUST DO activities in Adelaide!
We meet you at the Garden Island Boat Ramp and Reserve, Lot 204 Garden Island Road, Gillman (click to see Google map). This is a public reserve and we have no office at this location. Look for the Adventure Kayaking SA vehicles!
Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.
If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.

3 weeks agoTitle: Unforgettable Kayaking Experience! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our kayaking adventure was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, every moment was filled with excitement and beauty. The cost was incredibly reasonable, making it a fantastic value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth ride. Gliding through the calm waters and exploring hidden mangrove forest was an absolute delight. I enjoyed every bit of it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling outdoor experience with kids.

a month agoEnjoyable experience! Definitely hard work paddling and can be difficult navigating when there is multiple groups out on the water but instructors were very good and knowledgeable answering any questions the group had. Didn’t see any dolphins but still enjoyed it

a week agoHad a great time and they explained about mangrove, and shipwrecks in the port adelaide river. We were fortunate enough to see dolphins within touching distance.

3 months agoIt was agreat experience for everyone even if you have never done it before. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were also lucky to see some dolphins. The shipwrecks were fun but the best part for me was the mangrove creek. Absolutely amazing and highly recommended.
