We were absolutely blown away by our experience with cavalier cruises. We booked in with a group of friends and the kids to see the Christmas lights through the canals and it was definitely one for the core memory bank! All the staff were so kind and accomodating and Jess was even able to tame the children’s excitement with her calm and bubbly manner. Thank you so much guys - we will be making this one an annual for sure!

Great cruise with knowledgeable, passionate and very friendly staff. They did everything possible for us to have a great experience and it was simply amazing. Saw whales breading multiple times, awesome experience. Parents and kids loved it! The owners also show great respect for the whales by keeping the required distance which was great to see. And when we saw another board with 120 people on it we were glad that we booked this trip with only 22 of us! We all had great views and could enjoy the viewing without having to push people around. Highly recommended.

We did the Christmas lights cruise and all of the staff were amazing. The service was great. The downside for us was we had a group of women standing and completely blocking the view of the kids with us. At one stage they did ask if we could see and we said no, and they stayed there. And when one of the staff kindly asked them to move up they commented it was our issue for being too spread out. Really appreciative of the assistance to help our kids see better from the cruise operators but while I completely understand it cant be helped on their behalf if theres nowhere to sit, I do think perhaps having that many people on the boat should be reconsidered if theres nowhere for everybody to sit comfortably. This boat is amazing and the tour is brilliant.

Advance booking is essential.
All of Sunshine Coast Afloat’s activities operate in an outdoor / offshore marine environment.
We will supply iced cold water on all trips, soft drinks on Fishing trips, and of course on almost every trip you can purchase drinks from our onboard bar (Fishing trips, in particular, will have a more limited range – cans only – due to the potential impact of the sea on other forms of drinks).
Minimum passengers numbers are required for all activities, and bookings allow us to know exactly how many passengers are aboard.
It is recommended to have a comfortable pair of shoes, boots, or sneakers. NO BLACK SOLES! We also ask you refrain from wearing stilettos.
Refusal to cooperate will force immediate cancelation of any remaining part of the cruise or tour.
For any trips/tours over 3 hours in length we recommend you have a snack or lunch pack with you. We do not provide food on our trips unless its specifically noted – as in a tea and scones trip.
Special drink aboard are restricted in this by the regulations that govern the liquor license under which we operate.

Cancellation Policy

Sunshine Coast Afloat reserves the right to cancel services due to inclement weather (generally defined as heavy precipitation creating visibility issues, extreme wind and extreme swell conditions, determined as dangerous by Sunshine Coast Afloat).
In the case of a passenger not being able to make a rescheduled date and time due to factors that make it impossible to attend such date and time a refund will be offered.
Any cancellations or ‘no shows’ made outside our listed terms and conditions will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This includes gift certificate bookings, and such tickets will be considered forfeited by passengers.
All same-day bookings are non-refundable. In such cases a credit card number must be provided to secure the booking.
All bookings for trips which are considered able to proceed (including all types of gift certificates) are non-refundable.

How to redeem

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
