- Check-in is required at the Aquaduck 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
- All tours depart on time, we do not wait for passengers.

- The Aquaduck vessels are not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately. There are five steps to climb into the Aquaduck. If you can do the stairs, our team are happy to assist you into the duck. Further information is available on our accessibility statement.
- An adult purchaser must accompany children under 10 years of age.
- ID must be presented for all online bookings.
- Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
- Infants 0-1 years ride free on your lap. Please ensure you book infants when making your booking as we require total group numbers.
- Please note there is no luggage/pram/stroller storage on the duck.
Cancellation Policy
- We require 48 hours notice to cancel your booking and provide you with a refund.
- If you contact us inside 48hrs but outside 24 hours of your ride we can reschedule your tour for you for no charge.
- Within 24 hours, full charges apply and no refunds will be given.
- There are no refunds if you no-show or are late for your departure so please ensure you check-in with us at least 15minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
