On departure we cruise past the Wharf complex and Marina towards Mooloolah Island – a man-made island boasting some of Mooloolaba’s most desirable mansions and award winning homes.
It’s then out to the river heads where we turn the boat around to take in the breathtaking views of the coastline from Mooloolaba Beach right up to Noosa Heads, before we head back through the river where we pass the pilot boats used by the Brisbane pilotage service, and observe the wild Osprey Eagles’ nest.
On our way back to the Wharf we pass the commercial fishing boats – home to the largest long line fishing fleet in Australia, and finish off the cruise passing the Mooloolaba Marina and Yacht Club.
Pelican numbers vary throughout the year, depending on eco factors and breeding season. They are wild animals, but they know “The Mudjimba” and if willing, they will approach us, and we can feed them off the side of the boat as part of our Mooloolaba Canal Cruise. It’s a great photo opportunity, so have your camera ready!
We have a selection of beer, wine and sparkling available to purchase from our fully licensed bar, and you're welcome to BYO food to enjoy during the cruise if you wish.

If you enter The Wharf via the main entrance you will see a Centre Directory with a map of where we are. (Jetty 3)
We will begin to board from 15 minutes before the cruise time. Please wait somewhere at the top of the boarding ramp, and the Skipper will collect you and direct you down to the boat.

If we cancel the cruise, a full refund will be provided, or you can re-book a cruise.
A cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to departure incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Any no show on the day also attracts a 100% cancellation fee.

a month agoThe cruise was absolutely beautiful! It exceeded our expectations. The kids got to steer the boat for quite a generous amount of time, and Paul was so patient with them. Great knowledge of the area, and great on board service. We got off, and the kids said it had been the best part of their holiday! Cannot recommend it enough!

2 months agoMy partner and myself got a gift voucher for the cruise and lunch package. We loved it. We found it very relaxing while drinking bubbles. The weather was perfect the food was amazing. Our skipper talked about the history of Mooloolaba . Highly recommended. Definitely book again, we will do the seafood one next

a month agoDelightful trip along the canals, with great commentary for some facts along the way. Had a few drinks on board on what was a very pleasant evening and the boat was not super busy so plenty of space and not too loud! For a first time visitor to the area thoroughly recommended.

5 months agoWe are on our honeymoon and decided to do the twilight tour yesterday and it was wonderful. Our host was very friendly and told us about the area without being over the top. Learnt some cool stuff and seen some amazing waterfront houses. The background music was perfectly matched to the cruise. Was absolutely magical. Definitely recommend going on this family run cruise. Such a beautiful experience and magnificent sunset. Thank you for a wonderful memory for us!
