This fun, vibrant and wonderfully engaging tour starts under the watchful eyes of the giant frill neck lizard and numbat public artworks at the Mindeerup piazza, South Perth’s foreshore gateway.
From here we peddle a specially chosen route that has been carefully curated to ensure we avoid major hills, keeping the route as flat and enjoyable as possible.
Heading towards the Causeway, we stop and explore some hidden wetlands, learn about historical locations whilst observing some incredible bird life. We continue on into the photogenic Optus Stadium hub and across the very iconic Matagarup bridge and into Claisebrook Cove for a cafe break.
We enjoy the lovely waterscapes of this vibrant hub and spend time discovering a significant location for the local Noongar people of the area.
Our ride back takes us through the waterfront precinct of Elizabeth Quay, an area that brings the city and river together. We finish our tour with a gentle ride over the Narrows Bridge and back to the South Perth foreshore.
We meet at a cycle store in South Perth as it is warm in winter and cool in summer while we get organised. Our bikes are kept close by.

3 months agoMatt & his staff were excellent to deal with during this whole experience. So friendly and easy to relate to. I was 37 weeks pregnant and felt comfortable paddling through this tour. The kayaks were very steady and comfortable. There was a little treat to end the tour as well, which was a surprise! Highly recommend this tour for a relaxing yet active experience to learn a bit about Perth’s cliffs/caves.

3 months agoIt was a great day for a mother-daughter kayak adventure. Both Matt and Kevin made us feel safe and confident with our limited knowledge of steering and paddling a kayak! We love listening to the indigenous history and culture stories while sitting in our kayaks, lulled by the river's current, getting close to the cave and cliffs. The whole experience was such a joy

7 months agoPedals and Petals wildflowers tour this morning was outstanding. The bikes are good and sturdy and the route not taxing at all. Our guide Kevin is very personable bloke who held our interest with his botanical and historical knowledge of Perth's amazing Kings Park. Highly recommend.

4 months agoWe did the Cliffs and Caves Kayak tour and had a fantastic time. Matt and Sue were so organised, professional, friendly, and helpful. It was so interesting to learn about the history as we paddled around, and the location of this tour is absolutely beautiful. We'll definitely be doing another one.
