2 weeks agoWe arrived about 10 am before the Saturday noon big crowd 😅 The hands-on blending session began with a cool sparkling white welcome 😋. The whole experience was about 90 minutes. Took home a souvenir of my own blend & labelled 750 ml bottle 😁 About 25 mins taxi ride from Elizabeth Quay area. Also easy to call for taxi here to go back.

2 months agoBest steak night in Perth I think for only $25! Delicious tropical punch mocktail. QR code on table makes it easy to order. Food and drinks came out quickly. We did go on a 43° day evening, it was a bit warm in there with a few flies but other than that, can’t complain! 😃

3 weeks agoJust a heads up that I didn't taste any wine here (cos I'm a legend dedicated driver) and I didn't have lunch here, so couldn't vouch for the service. But Mandoon Estate is probably the prettiest real estate you're gonna run into in the Swan Valley area. You can even bring your bathers here if you wanna go for a swim. That creek is like glass. They also promote local indigenous artists, which is worth a look. I would probably just get a coffee from the restaurant in a takeaway cup, bring a picnic blanket and read a book. If someone'e driving I might even buy a whole bottle and finish it the same day, to the detriment of my reading. You can spend the whole day here and it wouldn't be a wasted day.

4 months agoGreat Sunday lunch, great vibe, treated to live acoustic music and some entertaining renditions from the singer. I recommend the ciders on tap with the charcuterie cheese share plate (be prepared to take leftovers home with you, it's filling!). Also get there early as we did, plenty of space on our table. Keep in mind while it is very shady, on hot days in the valley, Mandoon does get dappled sunlight coming through the trees, which will gradually cook you and your food. Bring sunscreen and/or some form of portable shade if that gets to you. Once the sun moves in the other direction, it's not all bad.

4 months agoFirst time visiting Mandoon. Very beautiful setting and venues. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great food, prices reasonable, sizes of served food is enough to share with another. Fish n chips was my lunch. Photo is of my share. Very tasty salad and the tartar source was amazing.
