• Please note you must arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated pickup time.
  
• No prams, strollers, luggage or large bags are permitted onboard our touring vehicles due to a lack of appropriate storage space.
  
• We are able to provide an infant seat (0-3 years) or a child booster seat (4-8 years) free of charge. Please note we have only a limited number available each day and they must be pre-booked. Contact us with your request and provide the age of your child along with your confirmation number and booking details.
  
• Download the Go West Tours app from the App Store or Google Play prior to your departure for access to our tour language commentary. Available in Arabic, Malay, Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, and Hindi.
  
• There is only a small amount of walking involved in this tour, so no significant level of fitness is required.
• As the duration of this tour is approximately 3.5 hours, no meal breaks are made. Please feel free to bring snacks along if you wish.

• Plans sometimes change. We get it, it happens to us too. So we're happy to provide a hassle-free, 100% refund if you give us 24 hours' notice.
  
• Inside of 24 hours, we've already started preparing for your visit, and can't easily fill your slot, so sadly we can't provide a refund in that case.
  
• Please note that a “cancellation” also includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
  
• We note that if you have booked your tour through an agent or third party, their cancellation policy will apply to your booking and may be different to our own.
