Brisbane Canoeing Adventures

Paddling a kayak and canoe is a great way to get from A to B while engaging your core muscles. A canoe adventure starts with a safety briefing and learning the simple technique of alternating strokes from side-to-side. It’s all in the elbows! Hold the paddle so that your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. The most important movement during canoeing and kayaking is the forward stroke in which the participant rotates the blade in the water, switching from side-to-side after each stroke. Feel the burn and discover a fresh new workout while taking in some fantastic Brisbane sightseeing!
