• Please note we have 4 Single Kayaks and 4 Double Kayaks for each Experience. 
  
• All fitness levels are welcome! Couples or children can benefit greatly from our double kayaks! Sit at the front and take it easy, just take photos or take regular breaks paddling, as the double kayaks can be operated and manoeuvred easily by the person sitting in the back alone!
  

Weather Policy:
If we need to cancel due to the weather, we will notify you by the afternoon prior to the proposed dates, usually by 5pm. Your safety is a priority to us, therefore if it’s forecasted to be too windy or rainy, we will offer you an alternative day to reschedule (if you’re unable to attend on a later day, a refund can be organised).

What to Bring:
-Clothes and shoes that are comfy. A long-sleeved rashie works a treat, and board shorts are pretty good too!
-Spare shoes to get changed into after the session.
-Sunnies and a hat to protect you from the sun.
-A bottle of water.

1. If you book a Kayaking Activity and opt to cancel due to ‘change of mind’ or other circumstances, outside of 7 days, an alternative date will be offered, free of charge, or 90% refund. Sydney by Kayak retains 10% of the activity cost to cover the costs incurred.
   
2. If you book a Kayaking Activity and opt to cancel due to ‘change of mind’ or other circumstances, within 3–7 days of your Kayaking Activity, an alternative date will be offered with a 20% rebooking fee to make up for the costs incurred but no refund will be offered this close to your tour.
   
3. No refund, alternative date or store credit will be provided for cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows on the day.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
