Double kayak 3 hr rental is not available after 12pm. We close 4pm. Please select time before 12pm for 3hr rental.

All participants must be able to swim 50 meters freestyle. If not you must wear PFD. All kayakers must wear PFD at all times.

Customers must present identification (ID) card on the day to hire gear. To hire gear you must have 1 adults 18yrs + to sign in anyone under 18yrs. Kids under 14yrs must be supervised by an adult at all times. When you sign the hire form you will agree to hire terms and conditions and sign each participant in. Our waiver is digital and be sent as a link to you to complete before you arrive.

• More than 24hrs before your booking free cancellation (group bookings not included)
• Within 24 hours of the experience date, No Shows, and Late Arrivals: Forfeiture of 100% of tour cost applies Group bookings must confirm and pay for final numbers 7 days prior to the tour date. Tours will run in all weather conditions and will not be canceled for bad weather if safe to do so.
• ECOTREASURES reserves the right to cancel a tour due to minimum passenger numbers.
• ECOTREASURES reserves the right to change, cancel or amend tours and vehicles. No show on the day no refund. Late arrivals will miss the tour and not able to rebook another date on the same voucher. It is your obligation to arrive on time and allow time to arrive at the selected location.
• If ECOTREASURES cancel the tour due to bad weather we will offer a new date for you.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
