Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled tour time for check-in. All safety inductions start promptly at the scheduled times and cannot be delayed, late arrivals may result in loss of booking.
Age Limit
16 years old is the age restriction to drive your own jet ski with parental consent, a 12- 15 year old can drive a jet ski with an over 18 year old on the ski, and there is a height restriction for passengers of 1.25m usually a 7 year old or above is recommended.
How many people can go on a Jet Ski?
2 adults with a combined weight of no more than 200kgs, 2 adults and a child can be accepted on the skis if also the combined weight is no more than 200kgs. This is for passenger comfort and safety.
Health Restrictions
We do not recommend customers with back, neck or joint injuries to participate in jet skiing. Pregnant women are also not advised to jet ski. If you are unsure of health restrictions that may affect you please call our office and talk to the team.
Customer Cancellations: Jet Ski Safaris has a strict cancellation policy which requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to departure date from January 19th to December 25th and from December 26th to January 18th we require 48 hours notice (also school holidays). If you are unable to attend on the due booking date we will do our best to reschedule your booking subject to availability. All group bookings require a 7 day notice prior to departure for cancellation.
Cancellation by Jet Ski Safaris or the Activity supplier: Should it be necessary for Jet Ski Safaris to have to cancel due to circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be made to the customer, if rescheduling is not possible.
Weather: Jet Ski Safaris operate in most conditions providing wet weather gear. Should the weather be very bad due to storms or extreme conditions all reasonable steps will be taken to re schedule the booking, Should this not be possible a full refund will be given to our customers.

The trip was wonderful amongst stunning scenery. Would go again if back in Sydney. One of the best jetski operators I've experienced. These guys will look after you. Highly recommended 😎🏴

5 months agoMy friend and I are French, we were happy to see that the instructor was French too, we came on October 30 2023, it was a great experience, the weather was very nice, the transport was very quick from Sydney with the train . The staff was very friendly and showed us nice places during this experience.

a month agoCouldn’t recommend enough! This was such a great experience, the instructors were so so friendly and made sure you had fun while also genuinely making sure you were safe. The instructor Richie made it such an unforgettable experience and after doing some jet skis before (at other places) where i felt way less confident, i didn’t want the session today to end. I’ll definitely be coming back here for more!
