• The minimum height requirement to ride on a thunder jet is 120 cm.
• Children 5-15 years old. 
• All passengers travelling are required to sign a jet boating assumption of risk form, if a passenger is under 18 years old, a responsible adult over the age of 18yr.’s must sign on their behalf. 
• We will not be responsible for the safety of your camera or personal goods. Thunder Jet do sell photos of your group at the Circular Quay outlet.
• It is best to wear comfortable clothing that you won’t mind getting a bit wet! We provide Water Proof Spray Jackets to all Jet Boaters however there’s no guarantee you will stay dry so bring a change of clothes if you have fancy dinner plans. Footwear must be worn (flip flops/sandals are fine). For the ladies, flat shoes are best! We have steps fitted to one of our vessels for ease of getting in and out, and an aisle down the middle to get to your seat.

COVID19 Precautions:

In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to update you on what Thunder Jet Boating is doing to ensure the continued good health and safety of all our customers and staff, this includes:

• Enhanced staff hygiene protocols
  
• Increased frequency of cleaning equipment, surfaces / “high
  touch areas”, including Pdf’s, rails lockers, and desks.
  
• Staff who have travelled overseas are self-isolating for 14 days
  prior to being able to return to the workforce.
  

We would also ask that for the safety and health of the community that any customers that are feeling unwell or present flu-like symptoms to remain at home, we will be very accommodating with need to reschedule due to these unprecedented circumstances.

• All tickets (including all types of gift certificates and group booking vouchers) are non-refundable.
  
• All deal vouchers must be booked in 10-12 hours in advance (recommended 24 hours in advance).
  
• Cancellations requested within 7 days prior to booking date are subject to approval and may be transferable if approved.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
