• The minimum height requirement to ride on thunder jet is 120 cm’s.
• Children 5 - 15 years old. 
• All passengers traveling are required to sign a jet boating assumption of risk form, if a passenger is under 18 yr.’s, a responsible adult over the age of 18yr.’s must sign on  their behalf. 
• We will not be responsible for the safety of your camera or personal goods. Thunder Jet do sell photos of your group at the Circular Quay outlet.
• It is best to wear comfortable clothing that you won’t mind getting a bit wet! We provide Water Proof Spray Jackets to all Jet Boaters however there’s no guarantee you will stay dry so bring a change of clothes if you have fancy dinner plans. Footwear must be worn (flip flops / sandals are fine). For the ladies, flat shoes are best! We have steps fitted to one of our vessels for ease of getting in and out, and an aisle down the middle to get to your seat.

• All tickets (including all types of gift certificates and group booking vouchers) are non-refundable.
  
• All deal vouchers must be booked in 10-12 hours in advance (recommended 24 hours in advance).
  
• Cancellations requested within 7 days prior to booking date are subject to approval and may be transferable if approved.
