Thank goodness for North Port- missed our ferry in Fremantle and so dashed to catch it at North Port.

I made a mistake while booking my trip to the island and I asked for a refund on the amount as I'm traveling and will not return to wa. They refused to refund my money, and now I'm stuck with a 30 dollar credit I can't use... I believe that's illegal in australian consumer law :(

Rottnest Express is the largest ferry service provider from Perth to Rottnest Island via Fremantle. I personally love this company for their awesome customer services. Single pieces of luggage up to 22kg and no larger than 800mm x 500mm x 400mm can be stowed in our vessels’ luggage crates free of charge.
Single carry-on items must be no larger than 600mm x 400mm x 300mm. There are no luggage storage facilities in passenger areas: anything taken onboard must be accommodated on your lap so as not interfere with other passengers.
No ‘piggy-backing’ of luggage is permitted (eg attaching a sleeping bag to a suitcase).

Rottnest Express does not offer cash refunds. For any cancellations, a credit note with one year validity will be issued. Please contact our office before your scheduled departure time for any cancellations.
