• Our Whale shark licence allows for 20 swimmers and 3 observers on board. So you will need to book according to your group size. If you have 3 adult swimmers you would select the 1-4 swimmers price and then enter the details of each swimmer accordingly. For a family of 5 you'd select 1 x Family rate and 1 x 1-4 swimmers. • Our success rate is high, however as we are working with Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee specific encounters with all marine life but will do our very best to ensure that you experience the very best Ningaloo Reef has to offer on your particular tour day. This may mean that our return time may be a little later than anticipated as we try to take advantage of sighting opportunities on the day.  Whale shark Sighting Guarantee applies from start of the season until the end of June. 
• Participants should be able to swim/snorkel 100m unaided in the open ocean. The crew will have the authority to determine if this activity is not recommended for a particular participant.

• Seasickness medication. If you experience motion sickness please seek advice from a pharmacist prior to your tour.

• Where you cancel your Tour one (1) week to 72 hours prior to the booked Tour date, you will forfeit your deposit in full. If, in relation to such cancellation, Kings Ningaloo Reef Tours is charged and or incurs costs from a booking agent that you have used, such charges and or costs shall be met by you and shall be a debt due from you to Kings Ningaloo Reef Tours.
  
• Where you cancel your Tour within 72 hours prior to the booked Tour date, you will forfeit your deposit in full and be liable for a further 25% of the Tour fee, this sum to be a debt due from you to Kings Ningaloo Reef Tours. If, in relation to such cancellation, Kings Ningaloo Reef Tours is charged and or incurs costs from a booking agent that you have used, such charges and or costs shall also be met by you and shall be a debt due from you to Kings Ningaloo Reef Tours.
  
• NO REFUND will be available for any Tour cancelled within 48 hours prior to the Tour date.
  
• No refund will be made in circumstances where you suffer from sea or motion sickness during your Tour. If you are concerned about motion sickness we recommend you consult a pharmacist for advice prior to your Tour departure.
  
• If you wish to transfer your Tour to another departure date you must contact Kings Ningaloo Reef Tours no less than 48 hours prior to your Tour departure date. Kings Ningaloo Reef Tours may, in its sole discretion and subject to availability, confirm a transfer of your Tour to another departure date this may be done. We request that any changes to the date of your tour be done at least 48hrs prior.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
