This boat has plenty of room is extremely stable and easy to drive. Don’t worry you won’t need a boat license as this is a self drive experience.
Noosa River presents plenty of opportunities for an amazing day on the water. Pull up to a sandbank for a day of swimming and fun, or explore up the tree-lined river toward Noosa North Shore and Lake Cootharaba.

Water sports are great fun, but can also carry inherent risks associated with the activity. Eco Noosa cannot be held liable for any injury, death or loss of material belongings as a result of negligence on behalf of the customer. Full Terms and Conditions can be found on the indemnity form.
Does this boat have a BBQ
Sorry this boat does not have a bbq, but we can supply some delicious grazing boxes or you’re welcome to bring lunch and snacks in any other way, or stop at a park with a BBQ.
Can we BYO?
Absolutely, you can BYO food and drinks , or we are happy to organise a delicious grazing box for you (See below).
Are your dogs friendly?
We certainly are!
Well behaved small to medium dogs are welcome, please bring a towel or blanket for them to sit on.
There is an additional $20 cleaning fee.
How many people can the boat carry?
Each boat is licensed to carry a maximum of eight passengers. Babies and infants are included in this total.
Do I need a boat license?
No, our self-drive electric boats can be hired without a recreational boat license. Never driven one? No need to worry, we’ll provide you with friendly and experienced tuition to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Can we rent a guide?
Sure, we can provide a guide, however, this will incur an additional cost. Please call our friendly staff to discuss prices and availability.
Whats in the Grazing box?
A fine mixed selection of locally produced cheese, sliced cured meat. Handmade dip & olives and fresh seasonal fruit.
Please allow 24 hours notice for catering.
Is there shade available?
Yes, there is, our boats have a full canopy that covers the seating area.
Do you have drinks available for purchase?
Yes, we do! We have a selection of healthy and delicious drinks in our kiosk.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. No shows will be charged the full price, or lose their deposit. Customers may choose to reschedule their booking subject to availability, with 48 hours notice.

If Eco Noosa River Adventures determines that the conditions and or forecast on the Noosa River at the scheduled time of the hire are unsafe for our hire boats or equipment, a rescheduled booking time or a credit will be provided at no charge. Local conditions are to be assessed and determined by the Eco Noosa staff at the scheduled time of the hire.
Please note: rain, wind or cool temperatures are not ‘unsafe conditions’ on their own. No refunds, free reschedules or credits will be given when the conditions are not postcard perfect, unless the conditions on (or forecast for) the local waterway are deemed to be unsafe for our hire boats and equipment, to be determined by the Eco Noosa staff at the actual moment of hire.
Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.
If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.

7 months agoWhat a fantastic morning out on the river! We booked the picnic boat for two hours on a Sunday morning to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We took brunch with us and enjoyed a lovely relaxing self guided adventure up and down Noosa River, with a stop along the way to explore. Absolutely perfect start to our day before heading out to lunch. Highly recommend! The boat was super easy to operate and very comfortable. Will be booking it again for a trip with friends in Summer :-D

7 months agoBest afternoon on the water! The boat is divine, spacious and easy to drive. We packed a picnic and sailed the river. We stopped to explore a sand bar and swim. I 100% recommend to anyone in Noosa, for a fun time out!

Such friendly and helpful staff and so many options available for getting out on the water with the whole family with minimal environmental impact to the pristine river system. The kiosk is also amazing and a lovely place to sit and enjoy the river views, with definitely excellent coffee!!
