• Our self-drive electric boats can be hired without a recreational boat license. Never driven one? No need to worry, we’ll provide you with friendly and experienced tuition to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• You cannot rent a guide.These are a self drive picnic boat, however there’s a chart of the river on the vessel and our friendly staff will give you some great ideas of where to go and what to do.
• Our boats have a full canopy that covers the seating area.
• We can supply a grazing box with a delicious selection of cheeses, antipasto goodies and everything you’ll need to enjoy them.
• We have a selection of healthy and delicious drinks in our kiosk, or you’re welcome to BYO alcohol if you like.

• Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. No shows will be charged the full price, or lose their deposit. Customers may choose to reschedule their booking subject to availability, with 48 hours notice.

• If Eco Noosa River Adventures determines that the conditions and or forecast on the Noosa River at the scheduled time of the hire are unsafe for our hire boats or equipment, a rescheduled booking time or a credit will be provided at no charge. Local conditions are to be assessed and determined by the Eco Noosa staff at the scheduled time of the hire.
  Please note: rain, wind or cool temperatures are not ‘unsafe conditions’ on their own. No refunds, free reschedules or credits will be given when the conditions are not postcard perfect, unless the conditions on (or forecast for) the local waterway are deemed to be unsafe for our hire boats and equipment, to be determined by the Eco Noosa staff at the actual moment of hire.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
