I Agree that if I elect to withdraw from a Course, I will be liable to Driving Events for the following amounts:

• 25% of those fees if I withdraw less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the Course.
  
• 100% of those fees if I withdraw 7 days or less prior to commencement of the Course.
