• All windsurfing lessons are run in the morning for nice and calm conditions so you can focus on the techniques required to master the skills of windsurfing. Please choose the correct date/time you wish to have your lesson, and by 05:00 PM the day before latest. Any wrong choice of dates (past dates or after 05:00 PM) will only result in refund of lesson fee.
  
• All basic equipment is included in the price, but there are optional chargeable items (such as wetsuits, booties) if you require them. You would not normally need wetsuits in the summer months, and most people go bare foot although we recommend them for your own safety.
  
• Wear clothes you can get in the water with, such as long sleeve shirt like a rashie, also bring a cap, sunnies and sun cream.
  
• All participants must also be able to swim competently unaided and of good reasonable health. For paddling, participants need to be under 100kg, and for kitesurfing, they need to be able to fit into the buoyancy vests and harness.
  
• Any participants under the influence of alcohol and drugs will be asked to leave immediately.
  
• No refund will be offered for anyone turning up to be deemed unfit to participate.
  
• Our activities are totally weather dependent, and often we have to cancel activities on the spot or at the very last minute. Please be prepared for this to happen and not be disappointed. It is for your own safety and enjoyment. We will try our best to notify you at least an hour before your booking, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. There is no need to call to check. If you have not heard from us, that means session is 'ON AS SCHEDULED'. 
  

Lesson Format:

• One on One Lesson: One student per instructor.
  
• Group Lessons: If you have friends or family who would like to join in and take the lesson together as a group, we only require 2 to form a group. Please note we do not group people who doesn't know each other, so only book group lessons if you have your own group. Maximum is 2 per group, and the price is for 2 people.

• A 48 hours cancellation or re-scheduling period is required for all lessons or rental bookings otherwise payment/voucher will be voided. If due to illness or you tested positive for covid and cannot attend as a result, a $50 re-booking fee will be charged, if you can provide a positive test certificate or a Doctor's note to confirm due to your condition you cannot attend the booked in activity.
  
• No-shows will void any vouchers or deposits paid.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
