There is no allocated seating on the ship. You are welcome to move around the ship and sit where you please.
The tall ships are not suitable for wheelchair access due to the steep stairways required to access facilities.
Smoking is not permitted aboard the ship.
No sharp-heeled shoes will be permitted.

Mast Climb Challenge
Climbing the mast on a tall ship is an unforgettable experience like no other. Step outside your comfort zone to climb high above the ship to enjoy the ultimate views of Sydney Harbour.
Safety is our priority. Our trained crew will coach you on the climb, and you’ll be wearing a full body harness complete with a fall arrest system. Ascend with the confidence of Jack Sparrow himself!
Note: For your safety when undertaking a Mast Climb challenge we ask that participants do not drink alcohol before a climb. Feel free to celebrate your achievement with a drink after you have scaled the heights to admire one of the most spectacular views of Sydney Harbour.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hours prior notice is required to cancel.
Bookings cannot be changed within 7 days before the original sail date. Our ticket office must be contacted on 02 8015 5571 for all ticket changes. Please note that a rebooking fee will be charged. Supplier emergency phone: +61 02 8015 5571 (Monday to Friday from 9: 00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or activity.
