Take in some of the best sights the East Coast has to offer. Learn about local history, aboriginal history, the lighthouse, dolphins, whales, and turtles. See the Most Easterly Point of the Australian mainland. This is all part of your Byron Bay sea kayak experience with Cape Byron Kayaks. See and learn about these things and more while you paddle in your sea kayak around the famous Byron Bay marine reserve. Enjoy paddling your sea kayak out through the surf and later ride some of Australia’s most famous waves in Byron Bay. Get up close and personal with our friendly bottlenose dolphins and discover how inquisitive they can be. Spot sea turtles as they come up for a breath of air. Marvel at the size of the majestic humpback whales as they migrate through beautiful Byron Bay (May-Nov). With that in mind, you can relax and be guided around Byron Bay in our two people, sit-on-top-style sea kayaks, that are designed for ease of operation and stability. No prior experience is necessary. Your safety and enjoyment are our priorities.

a month agoWhat a lovely way to spend a Good Friday. Woke up before the birds to do the 7am tour. Was met by the infectious Alice and given a briefing before we headed out on our kayaks. Managed to see dolphins 🐬 turtles 🐢 and a Leppard shark 🦈. Back on shore we had Tim tams before hitting the foreshore markets. Thanks team for a great morning, I’ll be back. 💋

2 months agoMagical moment. Despite a bit of wind, the team was very careful, nice and pro. A magical experience I 100% recommend. Thank you so much for making me see dolphins for so close for the 1st time of my life. Memorable. Video here ! Not pro one, but at least to give a sneak peak 🫶🐬💙

3 months agoAmazing experience to kayak with dolphins and all the staff is friendly and helpful We saw quite a large group of dolphins, circa 35 according to the guide. It’s wonderful to see dolphins up close and kayak with them. Many thanks to Steph for taking me with her and telling me lots of dolphin knowledge. Also a big thank you to all the other guides who made the trip one of a kind

3 weeks agoThis was such a good tour! The instructors were super nice and chill but also informative. We managed to see many dolphins & even a leopard shark! Darby was very chatty, I felt safe and had loads of fun

a week agoA life highlight! Dolphins were playing all around us. Dylan was an exceptional guide and looked after me and my 5 year old daughter so well. Would highly recommend.
