Enjoy paddling your sea kayak out through the surf and later ride some of Australia’s most famous Byron Bay waves.
Get up close and personal with our friendly bottlenose dolphins and discover how inquisitive they can be. Spot sea turtles as they come up for a breath of air. Marvel at the size of the majestic humpback whales as they migrate through Australia’s beautiful Byron Bay. Pull into one of our pristine beaches for all the Tim-Tams you can eat.
Our guides are kayakers, surfers, self-proclaimed local historians, and excellent watermen. They know Byron Bay well and are the best guides in the business.
With that in mind, you can relax and be guided around Byron Bay in our two people, sit-on-top-style sea kayaks, that are designed for ease of operation and stability. No prior experience is necessary. Your safety and enjoyment are our priorities. We supply all safety gear: Lifejackets, helmets, and wetsuits (if necessary).
What to Bring: Swimwear, Sunscreen, Water bottle, Waterproof camera (must be able to attach your camera to the life jacket) and Towel for afterwards. We provide wetsuits if required.

3 weeks agoWhat a lovely way to spend a Good Friday. Woke up before the birds to do the 7am tour. Was met by the infectious Alice and given a briefing before we headed out on our kayaks. Managed to see dolphins 🐬 turtles 🐢 and a Leppard shark 🦈. Back on shore we had Tim tams before hitting the foreshore markets. Thanks team for a great morning, I’ll be back. 💋

2 months agoMagical moment. Despite a bit of wind, the team was very careful, nice and pro. A magical experience I 100% recommend. Thank you so much for making me see dolphins for so close for the 1st time of my life. Memorable. Video here ! Not pro one, but at least to give a sneak peak 🫶🐬💙

3 months agoAmazing experience to kayak with dolphins and all the staff is friendly and helpful We saw quite a large group of dolphins, circa 35 according to the guide. It’s wonderful to see dolphins up close and kayak with them. Many thanks to Steph for taking me with her and telling me lots of dolphin knowledge. Also a big thank you to all the other guides who made the trip one of a kind

2 weeks agoThis was such a good tour! The instructors were super nice and chill but also informative. We managed to see many dolphins & even a leopard shark! Darby was very chatty, I felt safe and had loads of fun

a week agoWe must note that the experience was really not what we expected. Let's start with the fact that the price is completely excessive compared to the value, for two hours you sail a few meters to the right and back to the left within a very limited radius to see dolphins' fins, which I believe can be seen better from an observation. It was tiring and we got nothing in return. After an hour of paddling we understood the concept, and wanted to go back but had to stay with the whole group. We came as a group of 7 people - and none of us had a good time - and there weren't even any pictures. Really not recommended, we felt like a tourist trap. Furthermore I dislocated my shoulder at the and because of the strong waves, and no one from the stuff had a clue of giving me a first aid. Not safe
