• To comply with safety and legal requirements for the aircraft’s operating weight, it is crucial to obtain precise measurements of the weight of both passengers and baggage.
  
• A passenger who has not yet reached their third birthday is classified as an infant and can travel on the lap of their parent or guardian using a special seat belt attachment. Children are classified as those aged between 3 and 12 years (inclusive) and can share a seat, as long as their combined weight does not exceed 77 kg and the seat belt can accommodate two children. However, passengers aged 13 years and above must occupy a single seat.
  
• The maximum baggage allowance is 10 kg per person in soft-shelled luggage.
  
• If the passenger is experiencing any pregnancy-related complications that are not considered routine, obtaining medical clearance is mandatory. Moreover, after 28 weeks of pregnancy, the passenger will be required to carry a certificate or letter from a registered medical practitioner or registered midwife.
