Join us for a Barbeque dinner at sunset with a glass of wine and then enjoy a night of stargazing using the equipment from our mobile observatory. You will also get to hear Dreamtime stories of the night sky created by the world's first astronomers, the Australian Aborigines.
The Pinnacles Desert is well renowned for its unique landscape and dark skies. As well as providing equipment for your stargazing experience, you will also get to learn about Aboriginal Astronomy and hear Dreamtime stories of the night sky. The Australian Aborigines are considered to be the world's first astronomers.
The tour runs all year round, the night sky changes throughout the seasons and although it is a bit colder, autumn, winter and spring are some of the best times of the year to see the Milky Way and Planets in the Southern Hemisphere.

5 months agoWe had such a brilliant time on the Pinnacles tour, despite the weather, everything was perfect & the clouds cleared to show us the glory of our universe, the Pinnacles are amazing & really do speak for themselves, Gavin is so informative & pointed out various constellations & viewing Saturn & Jupiter through a telescope is something I'll never forget! Our driver Skip has a great sense of humour & cooked up a great Barbecue, & was also very informative! I'd recommend Lumineer Adventure Tours 100%, Gavin runs a fantastic business & makes sure you're looked after!

2 months agoThe itinerary of this tour alone makes it a worthwhile trip; every activity was fun and memorable. Loved sand surfing and learning about the stars at pinnacle dessert. On top of that, the tour was very well-organized and sustainably run. With two groups combined, we had maybe over 30 people in the group, yet the tour guides brought reusable utensils for everyone and offered many vegetarian options which I found impressive. Really enjoyed the experience and it’s worth every cent!

6 months agoFantastic tour! Highlight of our trip to Perth. Skip was funny & informative & the tour was very well organised. The Pinnacles at Sunset in the desert were amazing & an excellent BBQ feed was provided. Heaps of time for stargazing & got to see the space station go by and Saturn & its ring through the telescope. Highly recommend!

6 months agoAn amazing tour! The tour operators, Gavin & Skip went out of their way to make this a fun and memorable experience. The Pinnacles speak for themselves (unreal) very special to be there, have a meal cooked and a glass of wine watching the sunset. To top it off, looking at the stars and Saturn through a huge telescope will make this trip a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommended!
