• Individual weight restriction of 136kg plus a combined weight restriction applies depending on flights taken.
  
• If you provide incorrect weight information during the booking process, resulting in the flight not proceeding, you will not receive a refund.
  
• All passengers must be over the age of 3 years. Children are the same price as an adult.
  
• All passengers over the age of 3 years require their own seat and are charged the same rate as an adult.
  
• Infants under the age of 3 years are seated on an adults lap with additional belt, with no charge for children under 3 years.
  
• If you have two children between the ages of 3 years and 12 years who weight less than 77kg combined - they may share the same seat (seperate headsets) and only a one seat cost applies.
  
• All flights are a minimum of two people and maximum of three people. All flights can depart between the hours of daylight and each tours departure time can be suited to the passenger, however based on availability, weather conditions and pilot's discretion.
  
• Safety is priority to us, the pilot has the right to change or cancel the itinerary due to weather or safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse carriage.

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to booked experience:

• Choose either a refund of 100% of the total value of your booking, or a Grampians Helicopters gift certificate for the full value, to use for another booking/time. ​
  

Cancellation between 14 and 7 days prior to booked experience:

• Choose either a refund of 50% of the total value of your booking, or a Grampians Helicopters gift certificate the full value, to use for another booking/time.
  

Cancellation less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to booked experience:

• No refunds are given, but a Grampians Helicopters gift certificate for the full value of your booking, to use for another booking, will be issued. 
  

Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to booked experience:

• No refunds or credit vouchers/gift certificates apply.
  

Any booked passengers that fail to arrive at the nominated date and time will not be eligible for a refund.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
