HHH Spirits have created gins using local signature botanicals. Hilton, the founder and distiller, will take you through each gin and you will taste it straight and with Capi tonic. One of the gins will be made into a mini cocktail to show the versatility of the gin.
If you have any interest in fabrication, Hilton will explain the fundamentals of making a still out of copper (he has made almost 100 of them). When you are done, the glass you used for tastings is yours if you picked it in the Extras!!

a year agoCalled into this place on a whim not being at all bothered about gin, after spending more than an hour with Hilton left with a new favorite drink and knowledge of how gin, and all alcohol, is producing. Very friendly family run distillery that looks like it's set for great things, can't wait to re visit for a tasting and a chat.
