Taste the Passel Estate range alongside benchmark wines from renowned wine regions across Australia, in a unique guided tasting that showcases Margaret River’s stylistic differences.
The aim of this tasting is to provide an informative, engaging and memorable wine experience and increase your appreciation of the influence soils, climate and winemaking philosophy has on the taste of wine. We invite you to sit down, relax and enjoy six superb wines in the beautiful surrounds of the estate.
Booking for the Provenance Unearthed guided tasting is recommended and costs A$35 per person, of which $3 will go directly towards further conservation efforts at Passel Estate. For those wishing to delve deeper, our rare and exclusive Lot 71 Reserve wines may be included on the day, for a small additional tasting fee.

in the last weekLovely visit to Passel Estate on a whim, on our arrival Janet was warm & welcoming (Toby the dog too!) and she made our wine tasting an enjoyable experience. Exquisite wines. Thoroughly enjoyed a bottle of their incredible Cabernet Sauvignon with our venison dinner 😍 Look forward to returning.

2 weeks agoWe had a lovely afternoon in Pastel estate. The setting is idyllic and the cheeseboard of local produce was great. I would highly recommend as other vineyards do not provide accompanying food to the tastings other than expensive restaurant meals. The local cheese, crackers and fruit was perfect with their lovely selection of wines. The Shiraz was a stand out.
