Lovely experience, the staff were great , friendly, absolutely lovely. The space is unique, the sculptures and games a great idea. The drinks are fantastic. Suggestions: 1. Please stop asking people NOT to take photos with their phones, you are spoiling the fun by pushing people to buy yours. Let them enjoy ! 2. Let us stay a little longer if we want to, instead of kicking us out after 45 mins max military style.

I went last night and had a blast. As I was the only one who had booked a ticket for the session, the bar manager and I decided to play some games. Let me tell you: jenga is so difficult in the cold but it was so much fun! Shout out to you Mia and the great employee at the front desk too!!!

My partner and I went & it was such a good time. I would recommend wearing warm clothes in. My partner and I assumed that the suits that we were going to be given were going to be a full body suit but they only went down to knees. Apart from that, the 2 men were so funny & were so good to have a conversation with. So accommodating & lovely. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. The only down fall I personally think was the quality of the gloves. I do understand that good quality gloves are expensive but they definitely would go a long way as i completely couldn’t feel my hands after 20 minutes

This place is awesome. After reading lots of negative reviews, I was rethinking my decision as an entry ticket is $50+, but I'm glad I chose to do otherwise. The ticket was 50+, as I visited this place during Easter Holidays, so this is just a pending review that I'm doing now! I had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes as they sent people in a cold room in a group. Each group has a designated time period of 40 minutes, and until then, no other group will be allowed to enter in which was great! It's indeed a challenge to stay in there for 40 minutes & endure the coldness with iced cold drink!!! I had a chocolate mocktail, which was yummy 😋. The staff & bartender were sweet & quick with their tasks. Especially how quick the reception guy was with helping us wear the safety gears! I went their alone but got lucky and ended up with an amazing group! Everyone in the group was very friendly and nice, and we all enjoyed it to the fullest!!! So it really does matter with whom you visit this place, so make sure to get all funny ones in your group to enjoy this place, so you won't end up with having dumb & boring 15-20 minutes session. There are 2 to 3 different games to play, like tic tac toe, 4 in a row & Jenga! They also have some funny signs, masks, caps & tiaras to use for photos. The only sad thing is you can't use your mobile to take photos & you'll have to pay for photos which they take. But again, it depends on person to person whether they want to pay for the photos or not. Overall, for me, this was a fun experience, and if you love cold or ice, you should definitely visit this place!

Had an absolutely fantastic time!! My partner and I stumbled upon the IceBar on our way to ACMI and got online to book for later the same day. From the front desk to the bar the staff were warm and engaging and really elevated the entire experience. Drinks were delicious and the games set up was a blast. Definitely recommend and will be back and bring friends next time! Thanks for a great time.
