Passenger Refusal Policy
In accordance with aviation regulations, Avia reserves the right to refuse any passenger who, in the opinion of the pilot or staff member, may provide a hazard to aviation or to the safety and comfort of other passengers. The decision to refuse a passenger is final. In the event a passenger is refused, full charges will apply.

Passenger Details
At time of booking the following must be provided:

Full name
Accurate passenger weights
Accurate carry on and baggage weights

Minimum of 2 per booking.

The Avia Aviation (Avia) reserves the right to cancel or postpone flights due to weather, safety or operational necessity. Safety is our primary consideration in all operations and Avia will accept no compromise to safety standards. In the event of a cancellation by Avia, no charge will be made.

The decision of the pilot in command is final with regards to cancelling a flight due to inclement weather and/or the refusal of the passenger/s if the passenger/s are deemed unfit for flight.

Flight and Booking Policy

• Flights are subject to confirmed passenger and baggage weights
• Flights may be subject to weather conditions on the day of travel
• Flight time estimates may be affected by weather, air traffic control and other operational requirements
• Check in time of the evening Twilight City Orbits is 60 minutes before sunset
• Check in time of the sunrise Twilight City Orbits is 45 minutes before sunrise

Flight Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 7 days prior to booked experience: Full refund of 100% or voucher to the same value. Amount.
• Cancellations less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to booked experience: No refunds are given, but a Avia credit voucher for the full value of your booking, to
  use for another booking, will be issued. Credit Vouchers are not refundable or use for another booking, will be issued.
• Credit Vouchers are not refundable or transferrable to another party.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to booked experience: No refunds or credit vouchers apply. Any booked passengers that fail to arrive at the nominated
  date and time will not be eligible for a refund

Weather Limitations

• Flights cancelled or postponed due to weather will be considered a cancellation by Avia on safety grounds and you will not be charged.
• Avia Aviation always takes conservative approach to marginal weather. Weather conditions associated with poor visibility, low cloud, extreme winds, and thunderstorms may limit or restrict flight.
• Avia will make every effort to advise clients in advance of forecast weather conditions that may restrict flight. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of the potential for delay or cancellation to provide clients with as much time as possible.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
