Thundercat has been custom-built for stability and speed so it’s perfect for travellers concerned about seasickness. Thundercat is proud to be a Climate Action Leader certified.
Please make your way to Coral Sea Marina (North End) meeting point B next to the roundabout at 8.30 am. The vessel will depart at 9 am sharp, so please don’t be late.
PICKUPS Free pickups will be at various locations in Airlie Beach, Cannonvale and Jubilee Pocket. If you would like a pickup, please call Red Cat Adventures on 07 4946 4444. If passengers are not at the arranged pickup at the exact time they will miss the courtesy bus and have to make their own way to the Marina. The boat leaves at 9 am sharp and will not wait for passengers that miss the bus. Soft drinks can be purchased for $3 on the boat. The is a water station on board to refill water bottles
What to bring
Pack a small soft bag and include:
Sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel and a hat
Practical clothing and footwear (warmer items during winter)
Refillable water bottle
Underwater camera
BYO alcohol (no glass or red wine) for the boat only

3 weeks agoBrilliant daddy-daughter day out with Red Cat Adventures on the Wild Cat boat with PK, Ella and Skipper Ian. Weather was magic and everything was incredible. PK brought the energy all day as the crew kept us informed and entertained. The team made sure my 6 year old was safe and having a great time all day. Snorkelling and the visit to Whitehaven were the major highlights. Thanks for a great trip! Highly recommend!

3 months agoA great day out with an excellent crew. I felt relaxed and in good hands for the whole trip. The spots and scenery were particularly amazing. You'll never see so many beautiful fish and coral in your life!!! The lunch was also very good. The only negative was that the in board water didn't taste great and was very warm. But that's understandable and I'm not sure what they could do about that. Remember to bring some sort of bottle to refill as they don't have cups or bottles.

a week agoThis was a wonderful trip. What made it more amazing was Shannon’s energy and light hearted jokes. Special thanks to Zac and Shannon for such an amazing time on the Thundercat 😎. Amazing views, and friendly for people who are amateur at snorkeling. The corals and fish were beautiful. You will feel like travelling with friends.

2 months agoWhat an absolute cracker of a day. My Wife, Nephews and I had a spectacular day. From the moment we were greeted by the wonderfully warm and super professional staff till the time we Disembarked, our trip was amazing. Seeing amazing beaches, spectacular views, unbelievable marine life and beautiful coral we were so blessed, despite the poor weather Ian W and Ian W still managed to showcase what the amazing Whitsundays had to offer and made our trip an ever lasting memory. we will definitely be back!!! MASSIVE thanks skipper Ian W and Brother man Ian W and the whole Red Cat team you have really captured the best way to experience the Whitsundays 10/10

a month agoAmazing tour company - very well worth the money! Individual guides were lovely (Shannon and Corey I believe!), locations were beautiful, lunch was fab, and the music all throughout really made it. My friend was feeling ill at the end and the whole team were absolutely amazing to help and so kind! Big thank you!!
