Overview

Even if you think you can't paint, this paint and sip workshop is one sure-fire way to give it a red-hot go. You might surprise yourself at how well you do! Get your work mates together, your favourite tipple, some nibbles and settle in for some laughs and some team bonding whilst participating in an expert step by step art tuition over a couple of hours.

Even if you've never lifted a paintbrush, lifting a drink might banish the first-time nerves as you paint a featured artwork onto a 40x50cm canvas. Dab, dip and splash colour across its surface as you slowly watch your artwork come to life. Everything is supplied for you to paint, so the hardest decision you'll have to make is whether to bring along beer, bubbles or wine.

A fantastic workshop with Tamie. Incredible staff and great atmosphere. Thanks for an incredible experience. Started with the board. Ended up with the ultra gloss finish that was mirroring the skylights. The staff were fantastic as were the others in the group. Definitely recommended for the artist looking for new inspiration or an absolutely new novice.

Our family of four had a blast at DIY Invasion. Especially our 5yo whom can't wait to go again. He loved throwing around the fluoro paint filled balloons as well as sliding around on the floor, which gets very slippery (see photo). Our 3yo enjoyed painting us and the walls but didn't so much enjoy getting covered in paint and the cold shower afterwards. In the summer, showering with a hose would suffice but not so much in the cooler months. Also, make sure you wear white to get the best results and photos. And don't forget to bring a towel.

What a wonderful day! Tammy was so informative and helpful a great teacher. The course to learn about Resin Art was so much fun and we had something to show, tell and use after (large lazy Susan and Charcuterie board) This was a great Christmas pressie to each other and an activity we will do again for sure. 5stars easily.

Wonderful place for all ages Art and Craft fun. Enjoyed a great morning at a painting party the kids loved it. Awesome space to sit have a coffee and let the kids enjoy. I would look forward to an adults craft experience too.

Although our Resin is food grade and non-toxic we do not recommend attending a workshop whilst pregnant as resin fumes may be harmful to pregnant women.
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! But we do recommend wearing something that you aren't afraid to get resin or paint on, as resin is near impossible to remove. We do provide aprons to add a layer of protection to your clothing.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling - We are happy to change the date of your booking if you can't attend original date however we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please contact us via phone call or email.
No Shows - All no shows are charged the full amount without a refund, this is not negotiable.
Refunds - Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, but we are happy to reschedule or apply a credit to be used at a later date, or for a different workshop.
Cancellation - We have class minimums to meet and if we do not meet then and need to cancel or postpone a workshop, we may do so at any given time. If this occurs, we will offer you a full refund or credit to attend a workshop to the same value within a 12 month period.
