• In the interests of the people who will rent the boat after you, we do not allow fishing from the GoBoat. We will charge a $100 cleaning fee for the boat if it is used for fishing and soiled.
• We have a great selection of drinks you can order at the counter. At some of our locations you can also pre-order food, and it will display during the booking process if available
• You can bring your own food and drinks.
•  Just like when you rent a car, or stay at a hotel, we will take either a small pre-authorisation on your credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) or hold $200 on your debit card (or cash). The security deposit is refunded in full when the boat is returned undamaged at the end of your rental.
• We have lifejackets down to XS bambino size. You don't need to request a life jacket in advance, but you should let our crew know you need a child life jacket at the counter when checking in, as it is a requirement that anybody under 12 years old wear a life jacket at all times while on the boat.
• GoBoat is very doggo-friendly.
• You may consume alcohol (up to 2 drinks per person may be taken on board), but any antisocial behaviour or intoxication can lead to the boat being remotely disabled and your booking cut short. No refunds will be given if this happens.
• There is no age restriction on being a passenger in the boat, but the nominated skipper must be 18 years old.

GoBoat has a super-flexible Cancellation Policy!

• Up to 72 hours (3 days) before your booking you can cancel with no penalty for a full credit, or a refund.
• Between 24-72 hours only a credit will be offered, and catering cannot be cancelled within 48 hours. GoBoat does not accept cancellations within 24 hours of a booking as it is unfair to our crew who've been rostered to welcome you, and to other guests who may have wished to book. 
• You may either edit your own booking using the link in your confirmation email, or request your cancellation by contacting the GoBoat location you booked with by email. We require the cancellation to be by email for record-keeping purposes, and to ensure no funny business!
• Payment processing fees paid by GoBoat will be deducted from your refund as a direct cost.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
