Secretly hidden amongst the tall pines of the Cumberland State Forest, you’ll find one of our most magical tree ropes parks. Treetops Adventure The Hills is located only 30 minutes from Sydney CBD, and is the perfect quick forest retreat for city slickers. With 9 different tree ropes courses to choose from, family members of all ages can experience the fantastical serenity of this park.
A 2.5-hour session through the aerial challenges (including gearing up) will have you laughing along with the kookaburras. After safety, your adrenaline is our top priority, so our courses are designed to challenge you, no matter what level you’re at.
For The Hills Park, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your session for parking and check-in. The courses are short walk from the reception along a forest walking track.
Treetops Adventure The Hills has 5 Junior Courses and 4 Tree Ropes Courses to choose from, starting at easy eye-height and leaping up to expert adventurer level, set high amongst the towering pine trees. Take the high ground and pine your way through the levels!

a month agoWe went to celebrate our son’s 9th birthday. He wasn’t keen and kept insisting that he was scared of heights. But the instructor was really friendly, won our child’s trust and helped us get through the first few challenges. Our child went on to complete two levels on his own and came out a happy and confident birthday boy. Thanks for a memorable experience. Highly recommend if you want to have quality family time.

6 months agoStunning experience for the whole family. I booked with my two kids and probably did the medium hard trail 5 times and still wanted to do more. Kids were a bit nervous in the first attempt but got so used to it in the consecutive attempts and completed the full trip much quicker. The trails are labeled as yellow - 3 to 7 years, green - 8+ and blue 8+ and red 10+. For kids 8+ an adult is mandatory to accompany. Overall and fabulous experience that shouldn't be missed.

2 weeks agoI went to Treetops Adventure - The Hills today with my 19yo daughter for her birthday. We had the best time and conquered all 4 ropes courses, I got stuck on one of the obstacles in the last ropes course, becoming entangled in the ropes and staff were quick to come and untangle me and help me through that obstacle and stayed with us for the remainder of the course as I was quite weak after being stuck for a little bit and trying to get untangled. I really appreciated the support. A thoroughly enjoyable day, ropes courses are amazing, staff are amazing and we will 100% be coming back.

3 months agoExciting and enjoyable experience at the top of beautiful trees! Interesting elements dotted with zip lines. We only managed to do two of the 3 (technically 4, Red had two difficulties) lines but we went a total of 5 rounds! We will definitely be back when my girl grows taller and can manage the red lines! 😄
