The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience is an introductory course that allows you to see what diving is all about! We cover some basic theory here at Dive Centre Bondi, organise equipment and head off for a instructor-lead guided dive in the ocean (not a swimming pool!) to see some of Sydney’s fascinating marine life under the waves. With a 2:1 Student to instructor ratio you will have plenty of time to ask questions and enjoy your first experience scuba diving.

2 weeks agoAmazing experience very close to Sydney. I did the double shore dive and we were able to see some cool stuff while gathering some practice after getting my open water license. The instructor was nice and helpful. So recommended :)

4 months agoI had never done scuba before and was weirdly confident before getting into the water! Thankfully Kieran was the best instructor and continued to calmly explain what needed to be done and didn’t become frustrated. Thanks to his enthusiasm for the job, I didn’t give up halfway through the session as I thought I would. Rest of the team were amazing as well! For an introduction to dive, it was just long enough and the price was very fair. Would highly recommend

3 months agoMy husband and I did an intro to diving course with Raul and Steve from Dive Centre and it was amazing! Everything went smoothly, both Steve and Raul were very calming and professional but also very fun. I felt very safe and Steve gave excellent advice when I couldn’t clear one of my ears. I can’t recommend both our instructors more highly. I also really appreciate the assistance we got from Woody who helped put together two dives in one day (definitely recommend!).

3 months agoThis review is long overdue! My wife and I did the PADI open water cert course and it was awesome. Roman was our instructor and we cannot say enough good things!! He was clear in his instructions, patient, supportive, and his passion for diving and instructing was evident. We cannot recommend him and Dive Centre Bondi enough! We will be back for our advanced course!! Thanks Roman!
