• Each participant will be required to complete a digital waiver prior to arrival. You will received a confirmation booking email, and a separate waiver email. Please ensure that all participants have their waiver form completed prior to arrival.
  
• Pre-bookings are essential, especially during school & public holidays.
  
• Toilets are also located in the car park, so we recommend using these before check in.
  
• E-Waiver forms. All participants must have a completed form. Please forward
  the E-Waiver email or copy/paste the unique link to send to your guests (or parents of guests).
  
• BYO drinks and snacks. Cold drinks are available for purchase but we encourage you to BYO. We ask that you help us by keeping rubbish to a minimum.
  
• Bravery, courage and an adventurous attitude!

Animal Entry:
As much as we love animals of every kind, we can’t allow for dogs (or other pets) to be onsite.
The location of our parks are home to both native and wild species. For the safety of our guests, employees, wildlife and pets, we do not allow pets of any kind (with the exception of official support animals) to visit our parks.

Supervision:
Concession/Grown Up (16+): Onsite Adult supervision is required for 16-17yr olds.
Teens (11-15yrs): Onsite Adult supervision is required (1:10). Climbing is recommended.
Children (8-10yrs): A Grown-Up (16+) is required to climb as a supervisor with this age group (1:4).
Onsite Adult supervision is also required. Climbing recommended.
Juniors (3-7yrs): Onsite Adult supervision is required. No Grown-Up or Adult access to Junior courses allowed. Please note you will not be able to climb together on this course.

What to Wear
Comfortable clothing for outdoor physical activity (avoid crop tops/skirts)
Fully enclosed, sturdy footwear required.
Remove all jewellery (rings/necklaces/watches) before arrival
Wet weather clothing/ sunscreen and/or insect repellent.

Safety First
All loose items must be removed from pockets, such as keys, wallets and phones. Phones are permitted on course if safely attached with a lanyard.
Phone cases with lanyards are available for purchase at Reception. Lockers for small personal items are available onsite.

Stay Hydrated. Please bring along a water bottle. The team can refill this for you before you head down to the courses. Water is also available to purchase at the reception. There is no water access down at the courses.

SUPERVISION
To help keep all our participants safe, it is important that we have Adult supervision for each age group. A ticket is required for all climbing supervisors. Adults supervising from the ground only do not require a ticket. Please see our supervision requirements below.

• Full refunds and free reschedules are available outside 10 days of your booking.
  
• Cancellations made between 2-10 days from the scheduled booking date will be entitled to a 50% refund or incur a 20% fee to reschedule.
  
• Cancellations made within 0-2 days including no shows will forfeit the entire booking, with no refunds or rescheduling available.
  
• In the event that Treetops Adventure cancels your session for any reason, you will be informed immediately. You will be entitled to ask for a full refund or to book a new date.
  
• In the instance you have already started your session and Treetops Adventure is forced to close the Park, you will be entitled to a new booking if you are less than halfway through the session.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
