a week agoStaff was so good, helpful and hillarious. They were very kid friendly and very kind to us, who were first time did the snorkel with sharks and stingrays so we were quite skeptical and scare, but we really enjoyable after all and really want to come back. The sharks and stingrays were very friendly and it well suited for kids. Make sure if you bring your kids you would be with them.

3 months agoKnowledgeable and friendly staff, very helpful, amazing experience- can pay entrance fee and go ankledeep to feed or addwetsuitand sit down in the water (best for kids) or book an experience where you get to go into the deep part and go under the water with the animals. I did all the above and it was worth the money. Can easily spend half a day there. Climbing frame for children too. Will definitely be going back!

a month agocool place and definitely worth it for the experience. My son and daughter who aren't overly risk takers were patting the sharks and rays with the guidance of the lovely staff which says it all.

2 months agoToday we completed the shark experience, a really wonderful experience. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable regarding all the sharks and stingrays. We definitely learnt some new facts about these animals. I would have marked them as 5 star's however dur to the curtains on the change cubicles no covering the gap. The rods were extremely high and the fabric was hard to slide across. Other then that I would recommend this for anyone visiting the area to look at doing.

2 months agoWe had a fantastic day of learning and interacting with the sting rays, sharks and rays. They were all so beautiful and gentle. All the staff were wonderful and had so much knowledge and statistics to share. We had a chat with the owner on the way out and she shared even more information with us about a sustainable seafood app. Highly recommend visiting
