Keep getting canceled because of the weather, but I was able to skydive during my last day here. Talk about lucky! Highly recommend it to anyone who loves the adrenaline rush!

The sky dive itself was good! However, wanted to purchase the video (for 180!! Dollars) afterwards. Got told they would send it through with a link to purchase. Never received an Email. Called multiple times. People on the phone were nice, but kept coming with same excuses "video is not uploaded to the platform, we will check with the provider and call you back". Haven't received a call back. Customer service pa excellence...NOT!

I had an amazing 1st skydiving experience- how could I not for my 1st? I booked 15,000 feet over the beach Rockingham. Jamie was my instructor, he was incredibly friendly, honest, thoughtful, professional, attentive, and answered all my questions. I have social anxiety, dissociation, and am neurodivergent, so considering my awkwardness- I’m grateful for the best experience I believe could have ever been delivered to me by him and my amazing videographer Darcy- who was very funny and convivial. Cons: when buying a skydive view over the beach, landing in sand, the advertisements don’t inform you that landing and views may change due to weather conditions and safety requirements. I only found out on the day by overhearing admin inform another client who wanted to double check their landing location. Only once they dropped us onto a grassy oval landing zone, did they note it to all participants. So if the view’s important for your next skydive experience, it’s good to know before you decide. If you have any photo/video issues, just contact skydive Australia and wait til you speak to an operator- my issue didn’t get resolved when told to contact my Rockingham centre. I used a locker to keep my stuff and returned the key to admin as told. However when coming back, the key was in my locker for some reason, which is dangerous, and when I asked the admin- they just kept quiet. I’m very lucky nothing was stolen, but obviously it’s scary that such mistakes with people’s stuff could happen. They don’t record your name with your locker number I found, something I suggest they do.

This place is such a joke. I bought a voucher through adrenaline 3 years ago... to land on the beach as advertised on their website. Over the past 3 years, I have tried to book 3 times... those 3 times have been cancelled by them at the last minute, offering me to land on dirt instead of the beach. This is not what I signed for. This year again they cancel on me, and now they want to charge me an extra $100 because they can't honour their service.

One of the craziest things I have ever done! Did a 15,000ft jump for my 33rd birthday. The crew here are all so friendly and reassuring and fun. I was fortunate enough to be paired with the best instructor (Caue) who put my mind at ease and used his professional skill to have us land on our feet. The whole experience was captured on camera (the "photos and video" package) and a link to a video and 300 images was sent to me after the jump. The beach landing was beautiful! I even got to steer the parachute. If you are thinking of skydiving... just DO IT! It's unbelievable! Obrigado Caue!
