As a first time surfer I chose to do the 3 lesson package. I was fortunate to have Valentin as my instructor for all 3 lessons and by the end felt comfortable on the board and confident enough in my abilities to go out and practice more on my own afterwards. He was very patient, gave great feedback throughout the lessons, and made sure everyone was having a good time even in the frustrating moments. He was also very good at knowing when to provide next steps to work on vs when to just allow me to continue practicing so as to not overwhelm me with new information. Would highly recommend for beginner surfers!

Today was my first time surfing and it was an incredibly great experience. Cece (right?) and Valentin gave us very good instructions and looked after us. We felt safe and motivated, both are so friendly, patient and just great. I can recommend everyone to take a surfing lesson here.

Brilliant lesson, Valentin is a fantastic instructor! He was really patient and always gave great encouragement and help. He taught the lesson really well and gave us all we needed to surf. Would highly recommend him!

We had a fantastic private lesson with Valentine/Argentina. He was wonderfully able to cater to our differing levels, keep it fun, huge dose of humour, and enjoy himself in the process which made for an even more fun experience. highly recommend and will do again and request him next time!

I have never surfed before and this was the best experience I could have imagined for my first time! Hannah was a fantastic instructor and so incredibly patient with helping me the entire lesson. The two hour lesson was perfect for a beginner and it was nice having a smaller group to get to know each other and have enough 1:1 time with the instructor. I can't recommend this course and instructor enough!
