From our Swan Valley origins to our Margaret River home, we are proud to be among Western Australia’s pioneering wineries

Evans & Tate, Dellendale Creamery and Maison Lassiaille provide the perfect wine, cheese and chocolate pairing. Together we have paired some of Evans& Tate’s best wines with the Dellendale Creamery cheeses to showcase the seasonality of the region.

As the seasons change so does the expression in the cheese, while
the wines change from vintage to vintage and they spend more time in bottles.

This tasting includes four premium wines, three pieces of cheese and one
chocolate bonbon. You will be guided through the tasting by our wine and
cheese experts and leave knowing how and why we pair wine and cheese,
and hopefully with a newfound or replenished love for them.

You can purchase your favourite wines and cheeses at the end of your
experience so you can enjoy them all over again, or share them with friends!
