Each session starts with a short painting demo by David Giles (approx. Thirty mins) and concludes with an (approx. Fourthy five mins) show and tell review where you can talk about your painting and the process and insights you have learnt from it. This enables you to reflect on your painting practice and what you are saying to yourself (and the world) through it.
