• We require a minimum of 4 bookings, or the cost thereof, for a booking to proceed. If the tour doesn’t proceed due to numbers not being met, you will receive a full refund, or you can choose to transfer your booking to another day.  
• Prices are per regular car, buses or larger vehicles will be charged additional charge.  
• Each vehicle can have as many guests as they would like. 
  Vehicles need to have a standard 4WD clearance, and we don't recommend anything over 1,000 kgs.
• Guests will have the opportunity to sample traditional seasonal foods, but meals and refreshments not included. 
• All bookings are made on request and tour operations are subject to minimum passengers.

What to bring: 

• For this tour, guests need to be fully self-sufficient. Still don’t know what to bring? Pack as though you were heading out on an adventure. Ngurrangga has limited supplies of camping equipment which can be purchased as extras at check out.
  

• If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
  Should a tour be cancelled or rescheduled by Ngurrangga Tours, you will be given the option to receive a refund or reschedule for the same tour.
• Failure to attend a tour or experience (No Show) – 100% cancellation fee.
• If you reschedule within 3 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 20 percent rescheduling fee.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
