• Note that alcohol or other illicit substances do not provide rest, as your body goes into overdrive to clear out the toxins. True rest/relief may be better achieved by taking small steps towards completing your tasks or solving the problems you are facing.
  
• Anybody found to have deliberately caused damage to our vehicles or property, or vehicle or property hired by us, will be responsible for the repair cost of said damage.

Add-ons:

• The wineries’ tasting fees range between free-approximately $20. Some wineries also waive them altogether if you make a purchase.
• Understandably, they become difficult to predict and package.
• So, Merry Heart CBR came up with an innovative ‘add-on’ credits solution to ensure fairness and transparency on the wineries tours, whilst allowing for your relaxation.
• Add-on credits can be purchased to prepay for genuine pre-estimated expenses, such as tastings, on your behalf when making reservations. You’re responsible on the day for costs exceeding those credits.
• Merry Heart CBR does not intend to make any windfall from unused credits.
• Consequently, any unused add-on credits will be refunded to the person who made the booking by sending an email with their bank account details.

You can cancel your tour and receive a full refund if you provide more than 2 weeks notice.
