• Scenic flights are available at 02:30 PM on all tour days. 03:00 PM scenic flights may also be available.
  
• Seaplane flights operate seasonally on a schedule. All helicopter and other landplane flights are private and operate on demand at a time suitable to you.
  
• Child age rate: 2-12 years old
  
• All passengers are weighed at check-in. 
  
• Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120kg.
• False declaration of body weight may result in your fare being cancelled. Please allow for clothing when declaring your weight as you will be weighed in your current attire. A luggage allowance of 5kg per person is automatically added. 
  
• Infants (under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120kg. Please ask our staff for more information. 
  
• All flights and tours are subject to minimum passenger numbers. 
  
• The baggage allowance for all flights is strictly 5kg per person. Luggage is weighed at check-in. Additional luggage can be transported to your destination at an additional cost. 
  
• We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Full refunds will apply to cancellations made outside of 60 days from departure date. 
  
• A credit to the value of purchase will apply to cancellations made within 60 days and 48 hours from tour departure date. Credit is valid for 12 months from original departure date. 
  
• No refund or credit note will apply to passengers cancelling within 48 hours of the tour departure time. 
  
• In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation we will provide you with a credit note of an amount equal to the monies paid. The credit note can then be applied to the cost of a future tour with us. Time limits and other criteria and conditions may apply.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
