• Aboard Tradewind 3, we limit the numbers of passengers ensuring everyone has an unobstructed view of the whales, with plenty of space around on the stern or bow to get up close and personal or perch yourself up high on the flybridge next to Captain Paul and get a birds eye view of the action. There is luxurious cabin space inside to relax between the whales or a respite from the elements.

For cancellations made in part or in full more than 14 days after making a booking and:

• More than 7 days prior to departure: Full Refund or a voucher issued for future tour (conditions apply)
  
• Less than 7 days but more than 48 hrs notice (during business hours) prior to departure: Refund less 20% administrative / cancellation charge.
  
• Less than 48 hours notice: Less than 48 hours prior to check-in time: full payment will be retained no refund.
  
• If no notification is given you will be charged full amount . If you don't show up for your tour no refund no return trip.
  
• Please read your booking confirmation for the time of departure and location. The boat cannot wait for customers that are running late. It is your responsibility to ensure you are fully aware and if in doubt contact us to confirm.
  

Refunds will only be given if weather conditions are unfavorable or if minimum numbers are not reached - and you will be contacted prior to your tour, and offered the option of refund or reschedule.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
