We give you a firsthand experience of seeing a live onboard pearl harvest. Cygnet Bay is part of the world's only sustainable wild pearl fishery, growing the purest and rarest pearls on earth. Carefully cultured over many years, Cygnet Bay’s world-class pearls are over a thousand times rarer than diamonds!
Our chef then prepares a delicacy of rare pearl meat for your indulgence. This marine bounty has a fresh and sweet taste, with a lovely texture.
Your seafood feast continues as we cruise and anchor close to Cable Beach for seated dining. Be mesmerised by Broome's famous golden sunset from this breathtaking vantage point.
The next day, visit Cygnet Bay's headquarters in Broome's central Chinatown to witness an exclusive grading of the harvested pearl by professional jewellers. See ceremonial Aboriginal 'Riji' carved pearl shell, or try on an old-style diver's helmet!

The 7-course menu ~ designed by Executive Chef Tony Howell ~ features rare pearl meat from Cygnet Bay, Coffin Bay Oysters, Shark Bay Tiger Prawns, Abrolhos Island Scallops, Cone Bay Barramundi, North West Beef and more.
Your choice of premium beverages are served throughout the cruise, including a glass of French Marchand & Burch Crémant de Bourgogne on arrival, followed by still and sparkling Margaret River wines by Howard Park, local boutique beers and cider, plus imported beers, non-alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Please note ~ we follow strict responsible service of alcohol requirements, for the safety of all our guests.

2 months agoFantastic experience with lobster "hunting". The staff were very friendly and patient. I missed email and went to the wrong pick-up jetty, and they awaited me for 20 minutes. The food, e.g. crab, scallops, prawns and, of course, the lobster were very delicious. I love the lobster sashimi most! The tour route is also well organized with a lot of beautiful houses around. Best part of my Australia trip.

a month agoOur second cruise at Rottnest was as brilliant as our first cruise with Sea West a couple of years ago in Mandurah. The staff were super professional and friendly. Our crayfish pot pulling was exciting and fun. As for our 7 course gourmet seafood menu, it was a delicious treat accompanied by free-flowing, fabulous wines all set off in a glorious sparkling waters. All our friends had a perfect day too. Could not have been nicer.
