Cancellation Policy

If we cancel:

We require a minimum of four people to conduct our walking tours. If we do not reach our minimum, we will offer you the choice between a full refund or a rescheduled date that suits you.

If you cancel:

As we have to book and advise our venues of numbers, we have the following conditions on
cancellations and refunds.
We provide a full refund for any cancellation received no less than 48 hours prior to your tour.
We provide a 50% refund for any cancellation received from 48 hours to 24 hours prior to your tour.
No refund can be given for any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your tour
