What to Bring
Something Warm - even during the Summer it does get cold on Phillip Island from time to time.
Bathers and Towel (optional) - there will be a chance to swim at Cowes if you wish. Please ensure you bring proper bathers, towel and a change of clothes as you will not be allowed on the bus wet or sandy. 
Extra Purchase Money (optional) - there will be a chance for you to purchase lunch, as well as some other great souvenirs. 

Do you cater for food allergies?
Yes of course – we can cater for all common allergies & dietary requests.
All we ask is that you let us know of these upon booking or PRIOR TO THE DAY OF TOUR so we can ensure we have time to prepare.

Legal Drinking Age:
On tours that involve the consumption of Alcohol, we are bound by the Laws of Victoria, stating that nobody under the age of 18 on the day of the tour may consume alcohol.
If we believe you to be under the age of 18, we are legally obliged to ask for Proof of Age, and you must present us with a valid form of identification. If we are not satisfied by this, or if you do not have a valid form of ID, then you will not be able to consume alcohol as part of the tour.

If we must cancel a tour ( ie. covid restrictions, lack of numbers) then you will be provided with the option for a:

Full Refund
Full Tour Credit
Transfer of Tour Date

If you cancel a tour, the following conditions apply:

15+ Days- Full Refund Provided
8-14 Days- Full Credit Provided
1-7 Days – Full Credit Provided – less $25pp admin fee
Within 24 Hours- No Refund/Credit Provided

We reserve the right to make any necessary changes either before or on the day to the itinerary that we deem necessary to ensure both passenger safety & enjoyment, and to ensure the tour is able to proceed. This includes, but not limited to, changes required to be made due to situations out of our control and changes that need to be made due to closure or unavailability of venues.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
