1. All cycling participants must be able to ride a bicycle without training wheels, and must be familiar and competent with the use of handlebar brakes. Green Pedal reserves the right to refuse service without refund if any cycling participant is unable to demonstrate the ability to cycle proficiently.
   
2. All participants must be physically healthy to cycle. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the participant warrants that they have no medical or other condition which suggests that any participant should not participate. Green Pedal strongly recommends participants have full insurance covering any injury they might suffer, including medical and hospital treatment.
   
3. Green Pedal confirms that bikes are reviewed by a competent technician prior to each rental and that bikes are supplied to participants in properly operating status. Participants are responsible for any damage (other than ordinary wear and tear) to or loss of the bikes and equipment sustained during the hire period.
   
4. Green Pedal shall not be held liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects to any participant, nor accept any responsibility for delays or changes to the period of hire due to inclement weather, industrial disputes, late arrival, Acts of God or other causes outside of its control.

No minimum age but the tour content is aimed at adults, children must be accompanied.

1. If you are unable to proceed with the Hire Booking or Guided Tour as booked, a 100% refund will be made provided 48 hours notice is given.  No refunds are given for cancellations less than 48 hours.
   
2. No refunds will be provided once hire or tour commences.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
